We offer homeowners that would like to rent out their property to holiday guests and corporate stay over's the opportunity to make money with their furnished accommodation.

 

Our service includes:

· Listing of your property

· Taking up to 10 Pictures of your accommodation

· Advertising your property through advertising, internet as well as e mails to members.

· Full management options available.

 

What is expected from us:

· Obtain your guest and negotiate acceptable daily or monthly rates.

· Collect payment from guest.

· Sign a Legal enforceable  Holiday Rental agreement with both parties

· Book the guest into and out of your accommodation

· Arrange cleaning.

· Handle all queries and need on your behalf

 

What is expected from you as landlord.

· Pre cleaning is the responsibility of the owner although we can assist.

· Preferably a double set of bedding.

· Towels can be placed in the accommodation but not a necessity

· Enough electricity, if an electrical pre paid meter.

· TV is a must. DHTV and Mnet is in great demand although not a necessity.

· Full inventory of contents.

 

Cost involved

A commission of  20+ Vat % is levied on day to day Holiday Accommodation

A commission of 13 % + Vat is levied on Month to Month lets.
